Refund/Return Policy


If an item or items arrives defective, broken or damaged. Biyanca Sligh Boutique must be notified within 48 hours of purchase for In-Store Credit on next order.

ūüí•No REFUNDS will be giving!

Please send all emails to biyancaslighboutique@gmail. com with an image of the defective, broken or damaged item or items alone with receipt and package attached, to receive in-store credit only!

The item or items must be returned within 3 business days of receipt to receive in-store credit on next order. Holidays and weekends are excluded. On your next purchase, I will add your email to my In-Store Credit discount to enter "In-Store Credit" to be applied at check out.
